Cape Fear Yacht Club is pleased to announce the Second Annual Frying Pan Dash on June 20, 2026. This open regatta covers a course of over 64 miles, starting and ending between Cape Fear River Channel Marker Green 9 and Red 10, west of Bald Head Island, to the Frying Pan Tower and back. An awesome offshore challenge!

 

The event will feature an early morning start, a full day of racing, and a post-finish lap past the American Fish Company. Winners will receive a customized Frying Pan Award.

 

The Captains' meeting will be held on Friday, June 19, at the Cape Fear Yacht Club on Fish Factory Road. Registration is now open. Early registration is $50 through June 6, increasing to $75 thereafter.
