THE SANTA ELENA REGATTA including the Jean Ribaut Cup and Pedro Menendez Cup BYSC, April 2 and 3, 2022 The Jean RibautCup and Pedro Menendez Cup are two separate events sailed on consecutive days that are combined to form a significant sailing event named The Santa Elena Regatta which commemorates the founding of the Spanish colony of Santa Elena on Parris Island.
